Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. was founded in 1985 and went public through a reverse take over on the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1989. In 1999, through the amalgamation of the Canadian stock exchanges, Pacific Insight began trading on the senior board of the Canadian Venture Exchange CDNX. As of March 2003, Pacific Insight now trades on the TSX under the trading symbol PIH.
