J. Cowan McKinney
J. Cowan McKinney resides in West Vancouver, British Columbia. He has served as a director since 1997 and Chairman of the Board since 1999. Since 1999 he is a director, and since 2003 Deputy Chairman of the Board of Western Pacific Trust Company. Since 2000, he has acted as a director for Tamerlane Ventures Inc., and was President between 2000 and 2004. Mr. McKinney is also president, director and a major shareholder of Stormont Enterprises Ltd., a private holding and real estate company.

Stuart D. Ross
Stuart D. Ross resides in Nelson, British Columbia. As one of the original founders of the Company, he has served Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. in many capacities such as a Director, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ross is the Chief Executive Officer and has served as a Director of Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. since December 28, 1988.

Gary B. Sutherland
Mr.Sutherland resides in West Vancouver, British Columbia. He has served as a Director for Pacific Insight Electronics Corp since April 24, 2006. Mr. Sutherland has held a number of senior executive positions with RBC Private Counsel Inc. and its predecessors over the last 40 years. In unity with his career in the investment industry, Mr. Sutherland has served on numerous Boards including the West Vancouver Community Foundation and the Board of Management – UBC Alumni Association. Mr. Sutherland served as a Director and President of both the Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC and Yukon and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, as well as the Heart & Stroke Scientific Research Corporation of Canada.  

Stuart O. McLaughlin
Stuart O. McLaughlin resides in West Vancouver, British Columbia. He has served as a Director for Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. since December 2, 1998. Mr. McLaughlin is the Director and President of Grouse Mountain Resort Limited and Whistler Water Inc. Mr. McLaughlin serves on various volunteer Boards including Presentation House Gallery and Collingwood School.
