The drafting and modeling capabilities of design tools like AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D enable us to accurately determine harness wire lengths, fit, bend radii, and other important design considerations before the first harness even gets built.

Often, our customers require embedded electronics, metal mounting brackets, switches, relays, or other mechanical sub-assemblies to be integrated with their harnesses. Our designers work closely with Insight’s Aftermarket and OEM Module Divisions to provide customers with fully integrated vehicle solutions.
