Pacific Insight’s Wire & Cable Division offers fully automated wire measuring, cutting, stripping, marking, crimping, ultrasonic splicing, and computer controlled harness testing. We own many semi-automated and automated applicators for most of the popular AMP, Packard, Deutsch, and Molex terminals. Other processes include wire braiding, tinning, twisting, taping, looming, and tubing applications.

With over 5000 different harnesses currently in production, Insight maintains a significant inventory of raw materials, including terminals, wire, cable, connectors, straps, tubing, conduits, looms, and other related materials. Our vast inventories allow us to offer prompt delivery for harnesses containing common industry components.
In the coming months, Insight’s Wire & Cable Division will be offering custom over-molding capabilities. Custom over-molding will allow Insight’s designers to incorporate unique sealing, harness mounting, grouping, and protective features to our harnesses. Initially we will be offering a selection of standard over-mold shapes and sizes. Custom shapes and designs will be available with additional lead-time.
